I am getting excited about my fight coming up. My shape is great right now and that's one thing that I make sure to have going into any thing like fighting or wrestling. Because really that's the only thing you can really control while doing anything.
I have been working out three times a day and working out with some guys that are a lot taller than the guy I'm going to be fighting. That way I am ready for him and so that way he feels small to me. My hands, I have been working none stop everyday. My jiu jitsu is coming along great too I am ahead of where I wanted to be for this fight.
Marc has gotten me ready and so has Ron for this fight. Now, two more weeks and then its a week to just cute weight and then its time to get it on.

Hi, my name is Johny Hendricks and I started out wrestling since I was five years old and went to college and wrestled at Oklahoma State for 5 years. I started for 4 of those years. Then after it was over I wanted to test my luck with something else and Team Takedown talked to me and I said yeah I would love to try out MMA. I didn't know if I was going to be any good at it but would love to try it. I didn't think that I would be 3-0 in the first year. So far I love getting up everyday not know what is going to happen. If I'm going to get knocked out or if I'm going to get dazed and maybe just do that to someone else. That's why I love the fight game you never know what to expect in it.

My camp started last week I have been training 4 hours a day. I really am just trying to get my mind right for this fight. Because this is a great opporunity I will have a tough fight and I know this will test me and everything I have been working for.
I wake up at nine in the morning and go to Marc Laimon's and work with him for about and hour and a half. Then I get a break for about and hour and half. I do weights after that with Sean, he is my weight coach. Then I go to Extreme Coutures and work boxing with Ron. When I am through I get to come home and rest and get ready for the next day.
