Accoring to SI.com Randy Couture has turned down a fight with Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira due to bone spurs he had to have removed from his left elbow last week. Couture chose to have the procedure done after the holidays and is now recovering. He is set to begin filming The Expendables in March which will co-star Sylvester Stallone, Mickey Rourke, Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren and Forrest Whitaker.

It may be a while before we see Couture back in the octagon.
