Gerald Harris hopes to fight his way back into the UFC

GH

Gerald Harris returns on March 28th for C3 Fights in Clinton, Oklahoma at the Lucky Star Casino. His opponent will be Jon Kirk. Kirk has an impressive 12-5 record. 3 out of his last 5 wins have come via submission.

Harris has been on a roll. Last weekend he won the NAGA Arnold Classic World Grappling Championship in the Advanced No Gi division. He’s also won 4 straight fights since being released from the UFC after a stint on The Ultimate Fighter. Harris gave the eventual TUF champion Amir Sadollah all he could handle and was winning the fight before he got caught with a knee in the second round.

After the show Harris kept working and has trained all over. He’s spent time with CB Dolloway and Matthew Riddle at Arizona Combat Sports. He’s been all the way to the UK and trained at the Wolfslair and he’s stayed at home training at various gyms in Oklahoma. Looking to gain experience Harris has fought on smaller shows in Oklahoma and North Carolina but his main goal is to make it back to the UFC.
